    His Lordship was born on May 23, 1974 in Village Kural, District Bhiwani. His Lordship completed his Matriculation and ISC from Punjab Public School, Nabha, District Patiala. His Lordship completed B.Com from D.N.P.G. College, Hisar and graduated in Law from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi.
    His Lordship has won various debates and declamation events at the Inter University/State level functions and has participated in North Zone Inter University, Youth Festival in One-Act play. His Lordship has won University Colour in English poetry and College Colour in debate.
    His Lordship started practice initially as an associate with Chandigarh Chambers of Law and started independent practice in the year 2001. His Lordship remained as Additional Standing Counsel for the Union Territory, Chandigarh from the years 2003 to 2009. His Lordship also remained as Standing Counsel for the National Council for Teacher Education. His Lordship joined as Additional Advocate General, Haryana in the year 2010 and continued his term till 2014. His Lordship was immediately appointed as Additional Advocate General for the State of Punjab in the year 2014 and held the assignment up to the year 2017. His Lordship was designated as a Senior Advocate by the Punjab and Haryana High Court in May, 2021. During the period of practice, His Lordship defended important cases on behalf of various Government Departments and instrumentalities of State including Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission, various Municipal Corporations of Haryana, Sugar Federation and Co-operative Sugar Mills, Central University, Agriculture University, Hisar and PGI Chandigarh. His Lordship also remained consultant for the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission and conducted large number of matters including arbitration proceedings on behalf of Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, PWD (B &R), Haryana State Bridges and Roads Development Corporation as well as Haryana Power Generation Corporation Limited. His Lordship was elevated as an Additional Judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court on October 29, 2021
